Job Description
A Bright Future inc. is looking for an experienced Community Support Facilitator for our Sacramento Region to provide support to individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- B.A in Psychology or related field (M.A preferred)
- 4 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities
- 2+ years direct support experience with people with behavior challenges, medical involvement or psychiatric diagnosis, and forensic involvement
- 1+ year experience coordinating services for people with developmental disabilities
- 1+ year experience in a supervisory position preferred
