Job Description
A Caring Alternative, LLC is a comprehensive care agency providing behavioral health and substance use disorder services. The Peer Support Specialist will provide coaching, mentoring, and consultation to individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring conditions.
Requirements
- Certified Peer Support Specialist through the NCCPSSP
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage
- Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks
- High School Diploma or GED
- NC Certified Peer Support Specialist
- Experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders
