A COMMUNITY OF FRIENDS is a nonprofit organization that manages residential properties and delivers supportive housing and case management services to formerly homeless individuals and families, ensuring maintenance, tenant support, and comprehensive care.
The Case Manager I (CM-I) will provide individualized case management to formerly homeless individuals and families. This role involves using motivational interviewing, critical time intervention, and stages of change frameworks to motivate tenants toward goal achievement. The CM-I will perform case management, documentation, and reporting tasks, and collaborate with the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
