Real Estate Attorney

A&D Mortgage is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, loan originations, title and escrow matters, property rights, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and mortgage lending processes
• Experience resolving title issues, reviewing title insurance policies, and working with title companies
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with real estate closing procedures and documentation standards
