Job Description
A&L Goodbody (ALG) is seeking a qualified Commercial Solicitor for its growing Commercial and Technology practice in Northern Ireland. The role offers a chance to work with industry-leading companies on complex commercial transactions, including contracts, data protection, AI, and more. The firm provides innovative legal support across a broad spectrum of matters, including Commercial Contracts, Data Protection, and AI.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates, with 5 + years PQE
- Experience working within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
