Senior AI/ML Engineer

Senior AI/ML Engineer position based in India - Bangalore/Pune. Develop strategic, visibility-driven recommendation systems, design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions, and lead end-to-end AI/ML projects. Collaborate across teams to develop high-quality, scalable AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc/PhD in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics or related discipline
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience building cloud-based AI/ML solutions
• Good broad understanding of ML and statistics
• 6+ years of hands-on experience building ML solutions in Python
• 3+ years of experience with simulation methods and respective Python libraries
• Strong foundational experience with Reinforcement Learning and multi-agent systems
• Experience with collaborative development workflow: version control, code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD
