Job Description
The McMurray Group of Companies is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for their Fruit Union Plaza location in Vernon, BC. The role involves supervising shifts, operating the restaurant, and ensuring standards are met. This position is a temporary full-time opportunity for a candidate authorized to work in Canada.
Requirements
- Balance key goals – high quality, speed of service, cost control
- Maintains Provincial WCB and A&W standards daily
- Knowledge of workplace climate goals and ensuring they are practiced daily
- Train, develops, confronts poor performance
- Manages inventory control, ordering, cost control and weekly inventory counts
- Applies cash policies and food cost management principles
- Ensures high level of service to guests
- Assists Manager with local store marketing
- Ensures teams appearance is up to standard
