Job Description
A&W in Williams Lake, BC is seeking full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisors. The position involves supervising staff, preparing food, ensuring quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. A minimum of 3 years of experience in food preparation and 32-40 hours/week work schedule is required.
Requirements
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation procedures
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
- Deal with cash and opening/closing procedures accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Maintain climate relationship between team members
- Passion for guest service
