Quality Assurance/Control Manager

The Quality Assurance/Control Manager will be responsible for supporting updates to the corporate QA/QC program, developing project-specific QA/QC programs, and overall quality control management of construction and maintenance disciplines within the organization.

Requirements

• Support updates to formal Corporate QA/QC Program Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Develop project-specific QA/QC programs in accordance with designated project requirements and industry accepted best-practices
• Audit project teams to ensure they are tracking and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) and Corrective Action Reporting (CAR)
• Organize Quality Assurance reports for submission to the designated project representative as required
• Verify 3rd party independent testing services through assigned project management staff for all applicable requirements
• Reviews and approves records of worker qualifications and subcontractor related quality assurance programs
• Support specialty vendor Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s) and field material utilization compliance
• Maintain a corporate Quality Assurance Manual / database and ensure it is up to date with all recognized industry best-practices
• Initiate continuous improvement objectives and embrace technology enhancements
• Promote open communication among all project team members, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors
