Route Maintenance Technician - La Mesa

We're looking for a dependable and versatile Route Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Requirements

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
• Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
• Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Conduct jobsite walks and inspections to ensure safety and note it accordingly.
