Job Description
AAA Life Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Sales Forecast Analyst to develop and maintain comprehensive sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance forecast reliability and business strategy.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive sales forecast that integrates data from Direct Marketing, Agent-Sold, and Online channels.
- Own the creation and maintenance of Forecast Reporting and tracking in PowerBI.
- Collaborate across departments to align forecasts with business objectives, strategies, and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain of database assumptions for forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency.
- Participate in the sales planning process.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and seasonality to provide actionable insights that enhance forecast reliability and business strategy.
- Communicate forecast results and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
