Job Description
As a Production Process Engineer (Trainee), you’ll enter a one-year development program designed to turn you into an expert in analyzing, improving, and supporting key production processes within our factory. You’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding workflows, solving technical issues, contributing to quality control, and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Learn and analyze our full production flow
- Identify and help resolve technical issues on production lines
- Support quality checks through measurements and inspections
- Contribute to process improvements under guidance of experienced engineers
- Perform product calculations and analyze performance data
- Monitor shop floor activities and flag improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and internal presentations
