Prompt Engineer

Responsible for developing innovative ways to generate effective prompts that improve model performance.

Requirements

• Four years of IT experience working with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI, including prompt design, optimization, and natural language processing or equivalent, is required.
• OR Bachelor's degree and two years of IT experience working with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI, including prompt design, optimization, and natural language processing, or equivalent, is required.
• Analyze, design, develop, and refine diverse prompts tailored to specific AI tasks and applications
• Create reusable prompt templates and frameworks for consistent performance.
• Analyze model responses to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize and fine-tune prompts based on continuous testing and feedback from AI models.
• Conduct A/B style testing and benchmarking of prompts to measure effectiveness and model performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective prompt strategies and work closely with internal teams to integrate strategies into AI applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
