Senior Solutions Architect, 5G NTN - Spacetime

Aalyria is a leading technology company that supplies laser communications technology and temporospatial software-defined networking platforms to the aerospace industry. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work on the Spacetime software platform, which orchestrates the radio resource management, schedule of pointing and handovers for steerable directional antennas or laser terminals, as well as the control plane for networking functions for routing and switching for aerospace & defense communication networks like non-geostationary satellite constellations.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain the Spacetime platform using C++, Golang, Java, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers
• Build a scalable and distributed system on Kubernetes
• Design and develop software for the Spacetime platform to support 5G NTN
• Collaborate with the Spacetime team to understand and implement requirements related to 5G NTN
• Integrate with other components of the Aalyria platform to ensure end-to-end functionality
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the software design and implementation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to 5G NTN and satellite communications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the software
