Aalyria is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Communications Engineer to work on cutting-edge technology for the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wireless communications theory, linear algebra, and industry experience.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Deep knowledge of wireless communications systems, communications and channel capacity theory, MIMO systems, beamforming, and channel estimation
• Practical applications in RAN, silicon, or radio resource management (RRM) systems
• Probability theory and statistical signal processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Hands-on experience with simulation and/or real-time computation tools
• Familiarity with wireless communication standards
• Experience with optimization methods, convex optimization, or machine learning for communications
• Software engineering skills in Golang, C++, Java, Rust, Python, or other languages
• Experience with AI/ML based signal processing techniques, neural Networks (NN), and advanced algorithms for wireless communications
