The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and coordinating efforts with production teams to achieve planned work and production goals. The role involves supervising employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing hangar audits, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university
• Eight years related experience and/or training
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Current and active FAA A&P License
