Job Description
AArete is seeking a Consultant, Payment Intelligence expert to deliver claims payment integrity solutions, especially around payments policies, provider data, and incentives. The role involves utilizing analytics, process improvements, and technology to identify and rectify erroneous payments, prevent them in the future, and support client delivery of insights. This is a key part of AArete's business strategy and a leadership opportunity for individuals to impact the company’s mission.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, provider revenue cycle, payment integrity, or payer organization
- Foundational knowledge of claims processing across Medicare, Medicaid, ACA/Marketplace, Commercial, and Duals
- Experience across spend areas (professional, ancillary, outpatient, inpatient)
- Knowledge of industry vendors & tools related to claims processing
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Travel to client locations
