Job Description
AArete is a global management and technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to lead technical design and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise
- Expert-level knowledge of Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes, Governor Limits)
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Proficiency with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization
- Experience with MuleSoft and MuleSoft Intelligence Document Processing a huge plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
