AB Marketing LLC is seeking a highly motivated Regional Director of Sales to lead sales efforts across multiple regions. The role involves mentoring sales teams, building strategic relationships, and driving performance through effective sales strategies. It's a contract position requiring a proven track record in sales management and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel as required
- 30 personal sales per week OR 150 team sales per week
