Job Description
ABA Support Services is seeking full-time BCBAs to work in the Lehigh Valley area. The role focuses on improving social behavior in children and adolescents with autism. ABA is a science-based field used to improve behavior through natural environment modifications and data collection.
Requirements
- Must have a Master’s Level, LL BS, and maintain certification with the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners.
- Maintain a Current Certificate of Qualification (CAQH) with insurance companies.
- Previous experience working in a clinic, home, or school program (1+ year is preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems, or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of early learning curriculum and behavioral principles.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
