Business Analyst, Healthcare Interoperability

Abacus Insights is changing the way healthcare works by unlocking the power of data. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to market a cutting-edge cloud data platform with industry leading data usability capabilities for Healthcare Payers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating business needs into PBI
• Experience in release coordination and acceptance testing
• Work experience with Agile product development framework (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of Healthcare Data Exchange Standards – HL7, CCDAs, EDI ANSI X12, FHIR. LOINC, etc
• Experience shipping SaaS products
• Understanding of data platform R&D and comfort in technical environments
• Tactical and strategic thinking skills to inspire and lead
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Previous experience working with US teams and proven track record of successful and on-time task completion when working in an international organization
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant BA/SA experience
