Job Description
Abacus Insights is a rapidly growing technology company focused on transforming the healthcare payer industry through a flexible, secure platform that organizes and exchanges healthcare data. They are seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to lead a team of software and data engineers, managing operational aspects and providing technical leadership, and contributing to the development of new product initiatives. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience managing software developers or software teams.
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience.
- 3+ years of building or using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- 2+ years experience working with FHIR standard and FHIR databases.
