Job Description
Abacus Insights is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of payment integrity data products for healthcare payers. This role focuses on enhancing claims accuracy, preventing improper payments, and supporting regulatory compliance through a combination of cloud-enabled technologies and data integration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payment integrity operations and analytics, a 3-5 years of data product management experience, and a demonstrated history of successfully delivering payment integrity solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- 3-5 years of data product management experience
- Domain expertise in US healthcare payer data, payment integrity operations, Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and Commercial health insurance programs
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare payment integrity including prospective and retrospective approaches
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile methodologies experience
- Self-starter
