Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an engineering role
- 3-5 years in a management position leading technical teams
- Experience in sustaining engineering, product support, or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of software development and system integration
