Our family owned five acre, 100,000 sq. ft. facility is located in Wheeling, Illinois.
Job Description
Abbott Interfast, a leading fastener manufacturer for 75 years, is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and develop a team in Wheeling, Illinois. This role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, and contributing to company growth through proactive sales and customer service. Requirements
- 3+ years in sales or business development
- 1–2 years in a team lead/management role
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and data-driven
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
- Availability to work onsite in Wheeling, IL
