District Sales Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a District Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a university degree, preferably in natural sciences or business administration, and a minimum of 2 years' successful experience in field sales or direct customer interactions. The role involves leadership, innovation, and excellence, and requires strong financial acumen, natural leadership mindset, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in natural sciences or business administration
• Minimum of 2 years' successful experience in field sales or direct customer interactions
• Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative (§ 75 AMG)
• Initial expertise in sales management and GxP, along with knowledge of targeting principles, customer planning, and performance analysis
• Strong financial acumen, with substantial experience or understanding of revenue and budget accountability
• Natural leadership mindset with the ability to accelerate talents
• Fluency in both German and English
• Willingness to travel frequently
