Manufacturing Process Engineer III

Conceives, designs, conducts, and leads advanced independent or multidisciplinary research and development for major process or product design improvement, developing and implementing processes and programs to optimize plant efficiency, product quality control, cost control, customer specification or product design changes.

Requirements

• Conceptualizes and implements novel approaches using combinations of engineering scientific principles
• Investigates, develops, and recommends alternatives for design, procurement, work with integrators/vendors, and installation of new equipment or systems
• Designs and coordinates experiments to test hypothesis related to project outcomes
• Implements new technical alternatives for research from literature review, industry knowledge, and extensive development experience
• Applies advanced technical writing skills to produce reports and document
• Trains others in the operation of numerous analytical instruments
• Conducts qualification and validation studies for manufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and cleaning validation
