Senior Process Support Engineer

Serve as Process Engineer within the AbbVie Technical Operations Function at the North Chicago Manufacturing site. Responsible for technical support to cross-functional teams and resolving issues associated with commercial API products and processes.

Requirements

• Evaluates and integrates relevant engineering advances for improving or solving problems
• Understands the business implications of assigned products and processes and identifies engineering solutions compatible with business needs
• Designs and executes experiments to test hypothesis related to project outcomes
• Applies scientific knowledge to projects; determines priorities for experiments
• Mentors less experience engineers and provides technical direction and feedback to others
