Manager, Enablement and Engagement (Adoção e treinamento)

We are looking for a Manager, Enablement and Engagement to lead the new area dedicated to client capacity and engagement on the EVO Platform.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Training, Customer Success, Software Adoption, or related areas, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Ability to plan didactic, clear, and engaging face-to-face and remote training
• Capacity to lead projects from conception to implementation
• Analytical profile, with experience in creating and tracking indicators of success (KPIs) related to training and adoption
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Organization, autonomy, and strategic vision to build an area from scratch
