Requirements
- 10–15 years in Revenue Operations, CX, Customer Success, Onboarding, or GTM leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the post-sale lifecycle, onboarding workflows, and early value realization
- Experience managing pricing, packaging, discounting, and commercialization strategy
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen—able to connect insights to scalable action
- Executive presence with the ability to influence outcomes across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance
- Growth mindset and self-starter mentality; comfortable operating in evolving structures
