Requirements
- 15+ years of experience across revenue analytics, sales technology, RevOps, or business intelligence leadership.
- Proven track record owning Salesforce strategy and governance at scale.
- Deep experience leading analytics teams and building commercial performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of the full GTM lifecycle: demand, pipeline, sales, onboarding, and retention.
- Operational mindset: can connect systems, data, and process to accelerate business performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence—able to translate complexity into clarity.
- Experience reducing technical debt, enforcing governance, and driving adoption of new tools/processes.
- A growth mindset and track record of building scalable functions in evolving, high-growth orgs.
