Requirements

• Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience for UK-based customers
• Deep knowledge of UK HR rules and regulations
• Strong in Business Process Review/Mapping
• Hands-on experience across EC Core, Time Off/Time Tracking, and payroll integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel to UK for business workshops
