Requirements
- Hunter mindset and strong results-oriented mentality
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales of consulting services to medium-sized businesses
- Experience in a consulting firm or in the tax credit field
- Proven ability to apply structured sales methodologies and manage a complete sales cycle
- Bilingual French-English
- Strong autonomy, initiative, and high motivation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with prospecting and managing rejection
- Experience in B2B sales or professional services
