Chief Engineer

Chief Engineer oversees all activities and staff related to the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within a property, with a focus on maximum life and reliability of all systems.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial office buildings
• 5+ years of experience as a Chief Engineer or in a supervisory role
• Strong employee relation skills, coaching skills, and training skills
• High-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC
• Universal level refrigerant recovery license
• BOMA accredited courses a plus
• Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements
• Working knowledge of energy conservation
