Job Description
Customer Service Agent responsible for assisting passengers requiring special assistance throughout their airport journey. The role involves collecting passengers, escorting them through security and passport control, and providing support with onwards travel needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience of primarily working within Customer Services
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must pass a DBS check
- Must be able to provide 5 years reference information
- Must be over 18 years of age
