Job Description
ABM is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to perform preventative maintenance, repair, and structural work at a retail property. The role involves fault finding, repair, testing, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The engineer will work as part of a team in a shared working environment, reporting to a contract manager.
Requirements
- City & Guilds/NVQ - Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent
- City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Test & Inspection
- City & Guilds 2382 IEE
- Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Previous experience of working within a team
- Customer service
- Smart appearance, presentable
- Logical thinker in fault finding situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within a team
- Self motivated
