Job Description
ABM is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to support and lead a team of Security and Cleaning personnel. The role involves ensuring the security and safety of facilities, maintaining compliance with health & safety legislation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include operational support, team management, complaint resolution, and maintaining relationships with clients and the security supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience of working within the Security Industry and Cleaning.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Holds SIA Security Licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- People Managing experience.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Report writing/Presentation skills.
- Proactive approach to learning.
