Job Description
As a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) at ABM, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, as well as maintenance, fault finding, testing, and minor installation works on mechanical plant and systems. You will work as part of the Maintenance Team within a retail property environment, ensuring engineering standards are maintained and all company, site, quality assurance, and Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Timeserved apprenticeship or equivalent mechanical training
- Demonstrable experience in HVAC and mechanical building services
- Awareness of basic electrical systems and safe isolation procedures
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work
