Assistant General Counsel, Employment Law

The Assistant General Counsel, Employment Law is responsible for managing employment law claims nationwide, providing legal advice to the company's Operations and HR leaders, and developing long-term initiatives to align with ABM's business strategy. This role requires strategic thinking, accountability, and agility, and involves a broad range of employment law matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience handling and/or managing employment law matters as an attorney.
• Active, front-line litigation experience including court appearances and legal research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
