ABM is seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across facilities. Requirements

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and clear drains
• Replace ceiling tiles, lamps, air filters, and fire extinguishers
• Conduct touch-up painting in common areas and mechanical rooms
• Maintain and repair door hardware, blinds, and furniture
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials and cleaning equipment
