Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I assists with facility operations, ensuring resident and staff safety. Responsibilities include performing preventive and reactive maintenance, responding to emergencies, and assisting with grounds maintenance. Performance of assigned work tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance, is essential. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one (1) year's experience in building maintenance
• Special Low Pressure boiler license
• HVAC experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Basic computer skills desired
• Experience in snow removal and lawn care preferred
