Operations Manager

The Operations Manager supervises and coordinates the work of ABM Parking Services employees, develops and implements best practices, and maintains positive customer relations. The role requires prior management experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Prior management experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a customer-focused team environment
• Excellent customer service, employee relations, and good tenant/customer interaction skills
• Proven ability to work with a variety of staff and management
