We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our East Region Talent Acquisition team of eleven recruiters, supporting Field Staff & Management, Engineering, and Skilled Trades hiring.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or multi-discipline environments
- 3+ years of leadership experience (people management or equivalent team leadership)
- Demonstrated success building and executing effective recruiting strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking (ATS) platforms and modern sourcing/recruitment tools
- Experience working in the facilities services industry preferred
