Union Journeyman Engineer

The Journeyman Engineer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure. This is a Union position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building operations or facilities maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and in secure environments
