Job Description
This Home Care Caregiver position supports residents at Academy Mapleton Hill (AMH), providing safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, responding to resident needs, and maintaining a safe workplace. Requirements
- Serves as a companion and advocate to all residents
- Reviews and understands each resident's care plan
- Prepares and administers medications
- Assists with the transfer and mobility of a resident
- Responds to resident calls promptly
- Responds promptly to emergencies and provides first aid
- Creates and maintains a safe workplace
- Protects residents’ rights and privacy
