Job Description
Abnormal is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution for AI-driven SaaS products. This role focuses on creating a predictable, reliable R&D process, optimizing program execution, coordinating releases, and providing consistent execution across teams. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and eager to learn.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of overall professional experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience with Jira and SQL
- Experience in iterative, fast-paced release environments
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Curiosity for AI-first security products
