Job Description
Abode Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a supportive housing facility in San Jose, CA. The role involves performing maintenance functions, working with a janitorial team, and relating well to diverse populations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 3 years' experience in Unit Turnover or Residential Maintenance
- Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record, is required
