Program Manager, Housing

Abode, a nonprofit organization, seeks a Housing Program Manager to oversee various Housing Programs serving homeless individuals and families in San Mateo County. The role involves supervision, budget management, and coordination with case management partners to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in social work, psychology or related fields and demonstrated experience in rental housing programs for low income, special needs households
• 2 years managing complex contracts in excess of $1M
• Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours as needed
