Design Technologist (Mid / Senior)

We are looking for a talented Design Technologist to join our creative team in Malmö. As a Design Technologist, you will work on a wide variety of cutting-edge design & innovation projects for exciting brands. You will have the opportunity to contribute to all stages of the design process and drive smaller engagements independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Familiarity with fast-paced agency environments / workflows
• Forward-thinking approach to technology
• Holistic thinker comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders and experts
• Ability to proactively navigate and structure the design process
• Aesthetic sensibility in harmony with a thoughtful, user-centered approach to design and technology
• Strong conceptualisation skills and critical-thinking abilities
• Humble, self-propelled and collaborative team player
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and thought-processes to peers and clients alike
