Senior Product Manager

Above Lending is a next-generation financial services company seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team in Downtown Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a product strategy and roadmap, identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and changes.

Requirements

• Develop a product strategy and roadmap that supports product and business objectives
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth while balancing system maintenance
• Build business cases for new integrated products, services, and features
• Lead product discovery, data analysis, and user research efforts
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of changes
• Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and analytics teams to define requirements and build PRDs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and changes
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experience
• Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and release notes
